First off I had very good customer service with Ashley. She took every call and tried to answer any questions I had. The bad is I went in for service on my new truck, it was said that my cam phasers need She took every call and tried to answer any questions I had. The bad is I went in for service on my new truck, it was said that my cam phasers needed replaced. The issue I had is no car for me to drive while mine was there for almost three weeks. I reached out to Ford and they never helped me with this either. At the end of the three weeks I got my truck back with having a selinoid and a few gaskets replaced. Ford had apparently told the dealer to do this first even though the codes fired stated different. The issues I had most were no car to drive, no attempt to help me from Ford. Part of the reason folks buy new is to have the ability with warranty to be able to keep life going! The dealership service was good. Ashley was easy to work with!! I just think Ford should show some appreciation for its customers. My payment never stopped!!!!!!!!!!!! Ashley Burton I hope this gets sent to Ford so they can see how they have impacted a loyal customer!! More
