Worst Vehicle buying experience ever. During the negotiations we agreed on a price which included the truck, boxlink, and 2 keys. Time was needed to get the keys so after a couple of days I was tol negotiations we agreed on a price which included the truck, boxlink, and 2 keys. Time was needed to get the keys so after a couple of days I was told there was no room in the deal to provide the keys and I could buy them at there cost (something like $300). I told the salesman that was unacceptable and I wrote an email to the 3 leaders identified on the website. I then received a call from the salesman saying they would get me the keys after I gave them an excellent rating. After more confrontation I got the keys. The bright spot is the young lady is service. More
