Chris Carter was an awesome salesman. The only reason I gave it a 4 star because it was at the end of the day and everyone left and Chris stayed to lock up the place and they didn’t clean my new car. Outstanding Service I had previously taken my 2018 Expedition in to Anderson Ford because the check engine light was on. Anderson Ford had the vehicle on 4 occasions for I had previously taken my 2018 Expedition in to Anderson Ford because the check engine light was on. Anderson Ford had the vehicle on 4 occasions for a total of 5 days and was unable to fix the problem. Cody and the team at Keowee diagnosed the problem on day 1, ordered a part, and installed the part on day 2. 2 months later, the issue remains resolved. It's amazing what happens when you take your vehicle to a quality dealer that actually follows the Ford diagnostic flow chart, rather than a dealership that thinks they are smarter than the manufacturer. Kudos to the Lake Keowee service department. More
