Had a great experience buying my new mustang. Worked with Ken in sales and he was a very straight forward guy who didn’t add any unnecessary pressure during the experience. The reason this rating is 4 stars is because of the detailing. The car had to be sent back twice to be detailed. The first time it was sent back was because they missed multiple large gunk areas on the spoiler, around the trim, and on the side panels of the car. The second time was because the first two times it was detailed they forgot both times to drill the holes for the license plate. So this resulting in three separate waiting periods to receive my new car. Otherwise, I’m happy with my shopping experience. More
