Lake Keowee Ford

Like a used car dealership Brand new $50,000 vehicle handed to me dirty. Oh they tried to wash it but failed. Defective components that I now have to get fixed. Salesman was great. Dealership has major ownership and leadership issues. Only cares to sell not customer or quality centric. Dealership looks like a used car dealership, ceiling stained and tiles missing, chairs from 1970’s that I would not let my dog sit on. Just dirty. I asked for some water, was shown the vending machine. Just a very poor buying experience. Where I live they overdo it but they did not have the vehicle I wanted. I guess others overlook these things but I expect a little more from a place that makes a pile of money selling something that they have no part in creating, More

service dept went in for an oil change only they changed oil and rotated tires and i told them i did not want tires rotated when i set up the appointment.charged went in for an oil change only they changed oil and rotated tires and i told them i did not want tires rotated when i set up the appointment.charged me $60.00 for the oil change and could have got it done at another dealer for $49.00. last time i had it changed they didn't reset my oil life,check tire pressure or put new oil change sticker in the winsheild. dealership ok but service dept sucks.
