Don’t expect service after the sale!! Bought a new Expedition Max Platinum. Added the extended warranty. Was told I could use it anywhere. Had a sunroof issue first week, bent track. To Bought a new Expedition Max Platinum. Added the extended warranty. Was told I could use it anywhere. Had a sunroof issue first week, bent track. Took to a closer (by 40) miles dealer. My issue was of course covered under the manufacturers warranty. But when I purchased the extended warranty I was told I could take it anywhere, I pointed out the clause that says if within 40 miles I have to get approval from Lake Keowee, sales management told me that wouldn’t be an issue. At service center for the Fairway dealership in Greenville, I was told that Lake Keowee never bends on releasing the warranty claim (requiring me to drive the 40 miles for future claims, after manufacturer warranty warranty is through). I called back and talked with sales, they said it would t be a problem. I asked for something in writing saying they would release in the future as I have 3 years of manufacturers warranty left. Waited for a call back, no response from manager. Left another message, no response. Called the finance manager, he was going to get it taken care of and call me back, no response. Called again and left two more messages over 3 weeks, no response. Canceling warranty from Lake Keowee today and buying an extended “Ford” warranty for basically same price from Fairway Ford. Do not buy an extended warranty from Lake Keowee if you live in Greenville - drop by Fairway and by the Ford direct warranty. I was not willing to wait 3 years to have these issues and be stuck with the off-brand warranty they sold me. They were great on the day of sale. Crickets after. Not a good after the sale experience. Replace a tire . They were on time. They got the job completed. They were amazing . Very efficient, timely, good and very; courteous. I’m not comfortable driving . They were on time. So they were able to set me up with for a price on four new tires that are not as impact as these. More

Both issues were taken care of in a timely manner and with courtesy and efficiency. They went the extra mile to save me money Went for. A 90000 mile tune up. I did not know if spark plugs had ever been replaced.
