I arrived about 15 minutes early, and was greeted immediately by several of the service associates. They logged me in and asked me to wait in the showroom. About 40 minutes later they came out and said the camera needed replacement. They had run the vehicle through diagnostics and found the device to be faulty. I asked for an estimate to fix it. Cody immediately calculated the cost to replace it, but the cost was too high so I asked him to hold the repair/replace until I discussed the outcome to my spouse. My spouse and I decided the repair was too costly for the 7+ year old car. I called service and asked them to cancel the repair. More

Short staffed and went to no order My appointment was at 8am. The guy at the desk said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, I noticed my hasn't pulled back, s My appointment was at 8am. The guy at the desk said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. 1 hour and 10 minutes later, I noticed my hasn't pulled back, so I ask how much longer. They tell me 2 people called out, and my car was next. Then a truck gets pulled in who was supposed to be after me. I ask again, how much longer? They tell me my car is on the lift, but it was still outside. They tell me they are getting it now. 11 minutes later my car is still outside, so after asking for my keys back, I wait another 3 minutes for yet another understaffed excuse, except this time they are now down 3 people. BENSON FORD EASLEY SC got me in same day, 30 minutes in and out....and I was 3rd car in line!!!! More

This time was the same with new people but was completely different. Garrett greeted me with a smile and got my car pulled back right away, they did an oil change and rotation and he explained when it was done everything that was going on with my car. I asked a question he couldn't answer but instead of trying to feed me some bs he said he was new and wasn't sure but asked Cody and they both worked to make sure I felt good about everything going on with my car. So now I have another reason other than them just being close to go here for service. Good work guys! More
