The best new car buying experience ever! We saw an add online, couldn't believe the price on a new Eco Sport. Called and spoke to Drake. He said "Yes, we can really do that". Drove from Weste We saw an add online, couldn't believe the price on a new Eco Sport. Called and spoke to Drake. He said "Yes, we can really do that". Drove from Western NC to SC and bought the SUV in a manner of a couple hours. Drake was so easy to work with and kept his word on the very low price. We will use Drake and Lake Keowee Ford from now on. This really was the best new car purchase we have ever made. More
Poor service experience We were contacted by the Ford regional representative, she recommended for us to take our truck to another Ford service center which we have done. Rea We were contacted by the Ford regional representative, she recommended for us to take our truck to another Ford service center which we have done. Reason, she explained to me was that the Lake Keowee Ford service manager could not find anything wrong with the lane keeping system, windshield wipers and when you let go of the steering wheel its supposed to give notification, as per Lake Keowee Ford service manager all function as per manufacture specifications. Took to another dealer as per regional representatives and found all above item not per manufacture specifications. I expected more from the Lake Keowee dealer manager (Stacy) then this. More
Unsatisfied yet again:Why do i go back: Dirty Truck Part III This is my 3rd trip to this service department. Each time I leave disappointed. My first experience was not too bad. The employee checking me out This is my 3rd trip to this service department. Each time I leave disappointed. My first experience was not too bad. The employee checking me out had no clue it was my 1st oil change. He tried his best to charge me until I asked him "is the first one not free"? Once we got past that all was well until I opened my door to see dirt and gravel all over my floor mat. My truck should not be any dirtier than when I dropped it off. My second experience I needed a recall fixed. No issues there. I was also there about an issue I was experiencing idling. I wont go into details but I was told that they could not find anything wrong with the truck. That is not the answer I wanted to hear. The issue is yet to be resolved. Yesterday, standard oil change and tire rotation. Everything was good again till I got to my truck after checking out. I spent five minutes cleaning motor oil off my truck. There was oil on my exterior and interior door panel, steering wheel and center console. This is my first Ford vehicle and I have really enjoyed it. I will buy another 150 in a few years. I just wish I had better experiences with this service department. thought long and hard about trying out a new service department but I wanted to see if the third time was the charm. It was not. Ruination of my new Transit Van They trashed the interior with dirty hands on the headliner and greasy shoes on the carpet. Unacceptable service After oil change & tire rotation grease was left in cab & on wheels. Also, I have 2 issues which have not been resolved. The other issue involves setting default radio station. On most startups the radio comes up on some obscure "AM" station. This is not acceptable. More

When I arrived at the dealership, Dylan was very patient as I looked at every truck they had available. When I made a selection, Stacy worked the numbers and I got a great deal. Because the dealership is about 1.5 hours from my home, he even sent a driver with documents that required my wife's signature. Aaron made the F&I experience pleasurable and never pressured me to buy any add-ons. In fact there was never any pressure throughout my entire experience. I've traded many, many vehicles and this was definitely one of my best experiences. More
In & Out This is my 1st review. The crew at Lake Keowee Ford were simply awesome. My wife and I drove 2.5 hrs. to the dealership. It was well worth it. When This is my 1st review. The crew at Lake Keowee Ford were simply awesome. My wife and I drove 2.5 hrs. to the dealership. It was well worth it. When we arrived the truck was out front cleaned and ready for a test drive. After a quick test drive we went inside to do the dreaded paper work. Went over the numbers and agreed on a price. The paper work was ready in no time. We signed the papers and were on our way home. Total time at the dealership was around 2 hrs. Overall one of the best truck buying experiences we have ever had. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. JB More

Poor customer service I had to wait for rep to get to work he had a line waiting. Then I had to ask for my paperwork my car had been done for 10 minutes before I walked bac I had to wait for rep to get to work he had a line waiting. Then I had to ask for my paperwork my car had been done for 10 minutes before I walked back there and asked for it. When I called in for my appointment I said I had the works coupon and it was not applied so I had to ask for that to be fixed also. No one changed out my sticker for my windshield fit the next oil change mileage either. This is the 1st bad experience I’ve had with this service department. More
