In & Out This is my 1st review. The crew at Lake Keowee Ford were simply awesome. My wife and I drove 2.5 hrs. to the dealership. It was well worth it. When This is my 1st review. The crew at Lake Keowee Ford were simply awesome. My wife and I drove 2.5 hrs. to the dealership. It was well worth it. When we arrived the truck was out front cleaned and ready for a test drive. After a quick test drive we went inside to do the dreaded paper work. Went over the numbers and agreed on a price. The paper work was ready in no time. We signed the papers and were on our way home. Total time at the dealership was around 2 hrs. Overall one of the best truck buying experiences we have ever had. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. JB More

When I called to make the appointment, you all said make it for 2pm... you will be the 1st car in after lunch... we got there at 1:30, and at 2:33... we got our keys from your guy at the desk and went home... His exact words were, “yeah, I don’t know what they are doing back there, here’s your keys, sorry.” We drove an hr to get there! We won’t be back, and we also tried the free car wash for life that was offered to us when we bought the car... It was blocked by a truck at both ends... so, yet another let down from your dealership. I mean, to send out this survey says a lot... You all had no communication that we didn’t even get our oil changed or did any manager try to follow up with why we left! Absolutely worst service dept I’ve ever dealt with... why we we ever buy another car from you all ever? More

Poor customer service I had to wait for rep to get to work he had a line waiting. Then I had to ask for my paperwork my car had been done for 10 minutes before I walked bac I had to wait for rep to get to work he had a line waiting. When I called in for my appointment I said I had the works coupon and it was not applied so I had to ask for that to be fixed also. No one changed out my sticker for my windshield fit the next oil change mileage either. This is the 1st bad experience I’ve had with this service department. More
