Extremely professional and willing to work with you. Once I got to the dealership there was no "pressure" negotiating or "sign this and we can talk" B.S. Just good dialogue and negotiating. Test drove the vehicle and was back on the road in a new truck in about 2 hours. Which is record time for car purchases. What's more, when I got home I found that the spare was not put on the truck (which was a bit of a downer). But instead of pushing it off as not their issue, they have been extremely helpful in remedying the issue. Great group of guys. Highly recommend using the dealership for your next Ford purchase, well worth the hour and a half drive from Greer through Greenville traffic. More

Friendly, knowledgeable and work hard to get a fair price. I called to inform the dealership I was coming to look at a used 2018 F150 and would be there in about 1.5 hours. When we arrived the sales person that took my call was busy, and he was busy with another customer. If it had not been for a new salesperson, Joshua Hullett, who was assigned to us until our primary person was available, we would have left and gone to another dealership. He gave an overview of various F150s to consider, and introduced us to the sales manager, Stacy, who was very cordial and initiated the negotiations process. After getting an overview from Joshua of the features of the Platinum model we initially came to see, we selected a new F150 Lariat model with similar features. Drake finally completed a sale with a previous customer and gave us some background on the dealership, and turned it over to Stacy, who came up with a number of discounts to help me make a buy decision.
