Communication was not good wasted 3 hrs of my time all to be told no.. after being told I was approved I even made sure to ask multiple times On the phone with the gentlemen am I approved they said yes when be told no.. after being told I was approved I even made sure to ask multiple times On the phone with the gentlemen am I approved they said yes when I get there , they show me the nice car go for drive go though the whole process all to be told no … it’s a different store an seemed to not even know who I am after getting all my information in there system and planned a date and time ,name wasn’t right and didn’t even speak with gentlemen I original planned to meet .. I don’t leave reviews but I was expecting good results and communication and I didn’t experience that here More

I had my Jeep towed to Lake Norman CDJR while traveling due to a mechanical issue. As anyone who’s dealt with unexpected vehicle repairs knows, it’s rarely a good day—but they completely turned that experi due to a mechanical issue. As anyone who’s dealt with unexpected vehicle repairs knows, it’s rarely a good day—but they completely turned that experience around. After inspecting the vehicle, they determined the problem was related to a previous repair done at another dealership. What stood out was their honesty. Instead of recommending a new repair, they advised me that the issue should be covered under the original dealership’s two-year repair warranty and suggested I take it back there. That kind of transparency isn’t something you see often, especially when it would have been easier for them to proceed with the work. Blair Patterson, the service advisor, also helped arrange transportation so I could get back to Western North Carolina. Even without loaners available, he secured a comparable rental at a significantly reduced rate. The level of service went a step further when I arrived after hours to pick up the rental—Blair was still there, waiting with the keys and ready to help. I’ve used Lake Norman CDJR in the past and had good experiences, but this was on another level. Professional, straightforward, and customer-focused. I would highly recommend this dealership—even if it means going out of your way to get there. More
