She has over 20 years of experience, and it truly shows — she made the entire process fast, painless, and completely transparent, with none of the funny business you often expect when buying a vehicle. A huge shoutout to Colin, the financial guy, who was fantastic to work with. He explained everything clearly, answered every question without rushing us, and made the numbers make sense without pressure or gimmicks. It was one of the smoothest finance experiences I’ve had. The sales manager Matthew, also deserves credit for being straightforward, fair, and professional — no games, no back-and-forth nonsense, just honest communication and a willingness to make the deal work. Overall, this team completely restored my faith in the car-buying process.
