I have been to the servicing department quite a few times since purchasing my vehicle and never had the issues I have had since my last visit in July. The new wiper blades they put on were on incorrectly and since purchasing my vehicle and never had the issues I have had since my last visit in July. The new wiper blades they put on were on incorrectly and flew off on my way home from a long distance road trip in the middle of a storm. We had to pull over and purchase more wipers costing an additional $100. Now 8 weeks later my new breaks won’t stop squeaking loudly. It’s embarrassing to drive a car that makes so much noise. It makes me wonder what the mechanic did or did not do to make my breaks so squeaky. Never in the history of my driving lifetime have I had squeaky breaks. I also never had wipers fly off. I am giving 3 stars only because the service advisors are always very nice. However this last experience with how much work I had done has been terrible. I hope the mechanic actually did the rest of the work like they said they did and did it right. It also asked for a fuse to be replaced and was told it was but when my husband went to check, the fuse wasn’t there. It was for back air conditioning vent. The AC fuse originally was taken out by my husband and when I dropped my car off I asked for it to be replaced. I was told the fuse wasn’t the issue and I would have needed to pay extra for a true diagnosis. I said to just leave the new fuse in place and we would check into it. New fuse was gone. I waited weeks to right this review to give the breaks time to adjust but now 6-8 weeks later the squeaking has gotten worse. Disappointed overall with the workmanship. Service advisors great, whomever worked on my car this time, not so great. More
