The staff in the service department is not very friendly. In particular the woman I dealt with was very short and rude. I was able to make an appointment promptly and with ease. Chuck is always very welcoming and responsive. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They also double checked my tire tread depth. So far three tires measured 4/32 and one was 3/32 so I have a little longer before receiving the $600 tire incentive. The technician ventured to look at filters as well and did not replace my glove box correctly. I’m happy they checked. I just wish they would have taken the time to properly reinstall things so I did not have to go behind them to correct it. Overall, a smooth, positive experience. More
