My husband, who also owns a Jeep, had the same terrible experience with your dealership. He made an appointment well in advance for a recall check, which he was told would take no more than an hour. When he arrived, he was informed it would be at least a three hour wait. He left and made an appointment with another Jeep dealer. Unlike your dealership, they took him on time and had him in and out in 30 minutes. If other dealers can do it, why can’t you?
