Communication with your service department is horrendous. They do not return calls or check messages. I had to continually chase them for answers/updates. On two of the five times I had my vehicle in for service items were missing when I picked it up. I’m having a continual problem which your technicians can’t seem to remedy. When they called corporate engineers they were told “that’s how that model is” which I know is false because it didn’t do this when I bought it. Your service advisors advise to me upon pickup was “I guess a class action lawsuit is what you can do”. Unbelievable! Understand this review is about service, I did not purchase a car from your business. I’ve had multiple service visits to your dealer over the years and I always came away annoyed. I will not be using your business again or recommend you to anyone. More
