Made online appointment for an oil change. Upon arrival was told it would be two hours plus. As usual, appointment wasn’t in the system but showed rep on my phone the appointment info. After having to make a case my service was accomplished in a little over an hour. However, when I got in my car the service reminder sticker was on accomplished. This has happened at every oil change. I’m beginning to think there isn’t a check list to ensure everything is performed. The young lady who checked me in (Kelly I think) was very professional and provided excellent customer service. This was a first from the other times I’ve been to this location for services. I traded a Lincoln for a Jeep and man I really miss that Lincoln level service!!! More
