Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had a car dealership. Terrible communication from Jacob. Once I finally heard a status and it was reported that the issue couldnt be reproduced, we decided to order parts and just replace what it was most likely to be. Jacob said I should be getting a call to schedule that work once the parts are deliveries on Tuesday Jul 25. It is now the 27th and I still havent heard a thing. You can keep the $600 in parts you supposedly ordered and lose out on whatever labor costs I would have paid you. Will never be coming back to this location. More
