I had batteries replaced and spare tire swapped with another. On the way home i got a tire pressure alert and had to pull over to the side of road and change the tires back. Service did not check tire pressure of the tire they had just put on….it was now at 24 psi. It was a very hot day (over 90) and i am almost 60. It took me 45 min to put back on the tire they had just changed. This seems very basic…..if you put a tire on…..make sure it has pressure. Isn’t this part of the regular ‘we check your tire pressures and fluids’ every time you bring your vehicle in? I drive 25 miles one way to this dealership and in the past 4 years we have bought 3 new vehicles from them. In the next 6 months we are buying another vehicle…….I don’t believe we will make the trip to this dealership for our next purchase. More

Not being compassionate with the issue. Poor communication about what is going on. Not willing to resolve issue. we have been there many times and the last two times we have had the same problem reoccur. we are now on our way back to florida and the tire pressure sensor is back on after us paying 899.00 to repair i have had the same problem reoccur. we are now on our way back to florida and the tire pressure sensor is back on after us paying 899.00 to repair it. $599.00 was for labor after my husband was there for 4 hours waiting. Not pleased with this outcome. cannot rate the employees for the way the dealership runs. More
