The team forgot to do the oil change which was the primary reason for the visit. Lots of up selling on other routine maintenance items (iE fluid flushes etc). Also the tailgate is not latching properly on the right side and was told no problem found only to not be able to open the tailgate upon my return home. Took truck to Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet for oil and tailgate. Both were done and things are operating as they should. More
