Love the vehicle I got and sales staff was willing to work with me on my trade, but when I got there it didn't seem that my time mattered much. I waited until almost time for the dealership to close bef work with me on my trade, but when I got there it didn't seem that my time mattered much. I waited until almost time for the dealership to close before I was called into the finance department to complete the deal even though I did not use any of their financing partners. Normally it wouldn't have mattered but I came all the way from Kernersville, NC to make the trade so had to travel a good distance and they knew well in advance what time I would be arriving. More
