Express service should be renamed slow service. Took in my 1500 truck for a NC inspection, oil change and tire rotation at 1245pm. Was told that it would be 2 hours unfortunately at 3:30 it was not completed. The service tech Dana was very considerate and offered us a ride home and then brought us the vehicle around 6pm at home. Thanks goodness for Dana however this service should be changed to appointment as it is unpredictable as it is now. More
