Every time I call in for service the consultant has been very helpful. The service is completed expeditiously, and my car is returned cleaned and ready to go. The service writer did an outstanding job of helping me understand what the action items were and how long it would take. Service was incredibly slow and appointments mean nothing! Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation with an appointment that had been made two days in advance. I was told there were people in front of me and it could be two hours, as they take walk-ins and evidently no preference at all is given to honor appointments, which did not thrill me. I had no interaction from staff during my wait to let me know it was going to be even longer--I had to go inquire at three hours, at which point they said it was finally getting the service at the time. Ended up being 3 hours 45 minutes total at the dealership for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Service on the car itself was fine as far as I can tell and thankfully they had free drinks and snacks as I hadn't realized I needed to pack supplies for such an extended wait, but if they are going to offer appointments, that should mean something and it obviously does not. I can understand a short delay, but this was ridiculous. There was no apology or indication from staff that this was anything other than just business as usual and I shouldn't have a problem with it. They did not offer to give me a ride home as they did others, but I also live half an hour away so that is not totally unexpected--would not be using them for service if it had not been part of the purchase of our used car, and won't once the included ones are completed. Wish I could just get reimbursed for my remaining oil changes so I could go elsewhere, as there are plenty of alternatives closer to home that would be much faster. It isn't a perk in these conditions. More
