Went in for recall repair and tire rotation. I marked the wheels before the rotation. Specifically asked how they do a tire rotation. Answer was back wheels to the front, cross the fronts to I marked the wheels before the rotation. Specifically asked how they do a tire rotation. Answer was back wheels to the front, cross the fronts to the back. That did not happen. Only switched front and rears without crossing. Had to go back to the dealership. Asked to have it done the right way and said I was now late for work. The tech took the tires off - and then started working on another car as I watched. Took another 10 minutes to finish a simple switch of tires. Was also told the rotation would be $39.99. Then at checkout, the price was $49.99. One final price I paid was over $52. For a tire rotation. I will NEVER set foot in that dealership again. Awful customer service and price gouging. Who knows if they even performed the recall correctly - or at all. Terrible. More

Service tech was excellent. When the vendor (Caliber) did the leak repair work they caused two minor chips in the paint near the bottom of the window.
