I had a problematic experience recently. I had a 8:30am appointment - out at 12pm, and I had a leak. I've been coming to LK Chrysler for over 10 years and this visit was extremely different. Please bring back courtesy cars asap. More

So I scheduled my 2nd oil change as solicited by the dealership. They asked me what day would work, I simply said the day is irrelevant, however the time is more important. I would like to schedule the dealership. They asked me what day would work, I simply said the day is irrelevant, however the time is more important. I would like to schedule the earliest appointment possible, any possible day over the next month, taking into consideration time is of the utmost importance 30-45 min seems reasonable for an oil change. Upon my scheduled appointment was told would take 2 hours minimum. Very disappointed to say the least. Found out there was a recall as well and that would be 4 more hours for a tailgate latch. Passed on that. Can’t wait to do that one, or my next service for that matter More

Got 4 new Tires put on, when I went to pick the vehicle up, I noticed some scratches on the left rear bumper. Not exactly sure what happened but I notified Jacob and he got the vehicle in the body shop imm up, I noticed some scratches on the left rear bumper.
