Service Dept needs to be examined with daily oversight of work being performed. I recently took my jeep in for an inspection. This dealership does not take appointments for inspections. I was advised the work being performed. I recently took my jeep in for an inspection. This dealership does not take appointments for inspections. I was advised the service department opens at 8am and I could come at that time. I took my jeep in Monday June 19th at 8am. Was advised this would only take about 30 minutes and there was no one ahead of me for this service. At 9am, the inspection was still not completed nor had they started on the inspection. I asked for a service manager whom was very helpful. He advised my inspection was being completed at that time and it would only be a few more minutes. While I was very disappointed in the time it took for them to inspect my jeep, the service manager did not charge me for the inspection and advised they would take care of the cost. Please get some help in the service department. Wait time is unacceptable. I purchased my jeep from this dealership and they have rendered all services on my jeep. Overall, service has been decent for the last 5 years but the wait time for customers is poor. More
