Service seems to have dropped off over the last few years. I've had all of my work done there for almost a decade, but I feel like just a number. Employees now walk through without acknowledging you, and I had to go find my service writer to ask if my vehicle was finished after seeing it sitting in line. The service lane is very small and they expect customers to weave through other vehicles to exit. I even had to pull out the plastic and paper used by the tech to cover my seat. This is not how it was even 3 years ago. The work seems satisfactory but the attention to details has fallen off. I'm forced to rate someone, but my service writer never gave me her name. I also don't see her picture below, so I picked one without a picture. Again, attention to details seems to be failing. More

We had to bring our car twice because they didn't fix the problem the first time. We told them what needed to be fixed and they didn't listen.
