Overall, I'm very pleased with the work that is performed by the mechanics. The part was ordered, installed, and works wonderfully. For instance, I asked to have the Jeep inspected while there and they never told the people in the shop. I would like to see better communication between the front desk, the customer, and the mechanics. I don't know the service lady's name, I didn't get a card or a receipt upon pick up. More

The reason for 3 stars versus 5 was the length of time it took to complete service.
