I have been a loyal customer since 2015 when I purchased my RAM 1500 Big Horn. I can't say enough about everyone that works there! Customer service is outstanding! I always dealt with TY when I needed anything done in Service. He is an asset to the company! I know that he is now over at Carolina Customs & still brings all his expertise over there! I was at Carolina Customs this past week & would highly recommend them! I had the pleasure of working with Ty, Mike, & Adam! They were very courteous, knowledgeable, & made me feel extremely welcomed! I had some side steps put on my truck & they did a beautiful job! Thank you to whomever installed them! I also had the pleasure of meeting Kim the receptionist, who greeted me with her fabulous smile! She is friendly, courteous, & truly cares about your well being! Thank you Kim for making me feel special! It was a pleasure doing business with them, & I will be visiting them for some other things that I need to have done. Great job guy's! Thank you! Initial purchase experience was great but went down hill immediately after. Had car not even 48 hours, hadn’t driven it 30 miles and it completely stopped working on me. Wouldn’t start. This happened on a Sunday called first thing Monday. Had to call repeatedly to get someone to help me. They finally sent a tow truck Tuesday evening to pick up car. Had to ask for a loaner vehicle which was like pulling teeth. No one would communicate with me. They had my “new” car for 2 weeks without communicating a word to me. I would reach out asking for an update and no one would call me back. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told that someone else was supposed to call me back. I was told they “didn’t know what was wrong with my car” and they would have to buy it back and put me in a different car. One guy who I spoke to, told me he thought that it was a buy back car without asking any questions - and I had belongings still in that car when it was towed. I had to take off two days of work to handle everything. When I finally was told that they would have to buy back the car and put me in something else, I had to take another day off to handle this. Not one person took responsibility for LACK OF COMMUNICATION or even cared that I was treated terribly. Was never offered any type of compensation for my problems and terrible customer service received. ALSO the finance person was very rude. When I purchased the second vehicle, I was told multiple times how THEY were losing money and they tried not to give me $8k credit for my trade in. Also wanted to say that the Jeep I initially purchased wasn’t their fault that the car stopped working (and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong) as if it was MY fault. Wouldn’t even back their product! I guess that’s why Jeep stands for Just Empty Every Pocket. I will say Nate York did his best to help to a point but I had such a terrible experience over all. Still have yet to be contacted by anyone about my experience, apology or reimbursed for my problems and my time - including having to take off work. I will do anything I can to make sure I DO NOT RECOMMEND LKN Jeep. More

Appalling dollar amount you quoted to change an engine air filter and cabin air filter. These are 20 and 10 dollar items. I declined and bought on Amazon and changed both in 15 minutes. Lastly, I do appreciate you washing my car but I was was waiting for my car, noticed it left shop after completion of service and then sat for a while waiting in cleaning line. I waited an additional 30 minutes for cleaning which turned out to be 1/5 of my total wait time ... frustrating More
