I went in early for the Quick Oil Change and Tire rotation. They got me in efficiently and completed the service. PS: An additional service (Brake Fluid Change) was recommended at $189.00 (Labor rotation. They got me in efficiently and completed the service. I didn't have time to research if the recommendation was appropriate for 37,000 miles or if the costs was reasonable. I agreed to the service recommendation. The final bill was $219.28 (incl fees, taxes and document charge and environmental charge) for the Brake Fluid Service. After reviewing some prices from other service centers, this appears to be fairly expensive in comparison. The Service Coordinator Charles was very nice and pleasant. I got my vehicle back in an hour and I was pleased with the amount of time and the service. More

My 2021 grand Cherokee L outlander continues to come in for service issues. You never have a loaner vehicle for me and you’re never able to get my car fixed. NO ONE CARES. One rep comically told me one of my issues was user error, on 2 separate visits. On the 3rd visit someone decided to look into it and found corrosion in the wiring harness…’funny’ right? This was an issue that could have caused serious danger. I have purchased two vehicles at your dealership in the last 2 years, a total of 5 over 10 years. No more. More
