The salesman and financial people were very nice and efficient. My issue is with the vehicle itself, we were told the vehicle was a lease and later found paperwork in the glove box that showed it was a efficient. Also whoever inspected the vehicle did a terrible job, there are multiple electronic components that do not work and the back diver side window is off the track and leaks. It also looks like the door panels were removed and someone stole the speakers out of the doors and put the door panels back on half-assed. Overall we are not satisfied with our purchase and will have to spend money to get fixed. More

One of the tires installed only had 14 lbs of pressure. The other 3 were set to 39 lbs. 36 is the recommended pressure. Nicholas was very understanding of the problems with my Ram. He explained over the phone how to reset the computer, which took care of some of the problems.
