As a young woman, she did not treat me as if I knew nothing about my own car, which has happened at many other service centers. Thank you, Christa, for your great help with answering my questions, explaining the service I would need while not trying to push unnecessary items, and keeping me informed on the price the whole time. I'm not sure which service technician worked on my car, but they did a great job too! While the service was more expensive than it would have been elsewhere, it was worth it for the quick (half-day without an appointment), clean, professional job the team completed. More
