This was a great first visit with the Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Christa was the first female service advisor I've had before, and it was a welcome change. Thank you, Christa, for your great help with answering my questions, explaining the service I would need while not trying to push unnecessary items, and keeping me informed on the price the whole time. I'm not sure which service technician worked on my car, but they did a great job too! While the service was more expensive than it would have been elsewhere, it was worth it for the quick (half-day without an appointment), clean, professional job the team completed. More

The issue with my truck was made worse. After bringing the vehicle in I was told the issue could not be duplicated.
