2nd visit with a concern after serving e was completed. Previous visit did not receive follow up call after the latch on my hood was not shut/locked completely and discovered hood bouncing on the highway Previous visit did not receive follow up call after the latch on my hood was not shut/locked completely and discovered hood bouncing on the highway and no where to safely pull over to fix it. This most recent visit I asked for 5 tire rotation and 4 tire was completed. I uncovered after I reviewed the bill when I got home. Service didn’t notify me nor service rep a 4 tire rotation was done. When bill was reviewed, he went over bill and said 5 tire was done i marked the rear tire to check 5 tire was completed. I had to call and ask why 5 tire was not done. Stated due to uneven tread wear, a 4 tire rotation was done. I have been doing 5 tire rotations each maintenance visit. No one ever mentioned uneven wear previously. First time a little disappointed in service. More

Sales guys was great and got me the car i wanted but service on the other hand suck big time. They had a broken side mirror on the car and it wasn't caught in their pre check inspection before the sale. service on the other hand suck big time. At this point I have one more appointment to get it fixed and if its not fixed correctly i will be doing it myself and honestly this will be the last time i will be doing business here.
