From start to finish, working with this dealership was a breeze! I've been looking for my dream vehicle for 6 months or more and finally found it at their dealership. I wanted a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Willy breeze! I've been looking for my dream vehicle for 6 months or more and finally found it at their dealership. I wanted a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Willys in Earl Gray with the sky one touch power top. Finding this exact combo was difficult! Lake Norman had it and at a reasonable price, compared to the cost of other dealerships or ordering it myself from the Jeep website. Chris Calhoun (sales) humored my constant string of questions via text and was super easy to deal with...no high pressure sales tactics here. He also helped coordinate delivery to my home in TX and had the Jeep detailed prior to delivery and meticulously has all the stuff I needed (power cord, instructions, owners manual, etc.) all neatly packed in the rear compartment. John Cauble (finance) also did a great job of helping me know what to expect and the paperwork was exactly as he said it would be. I would highly recommend this dealership along with Chris and John. I would 100% use them again! I feel like a kid on Christmas morning with my new, beautiful Jeep! More
