Mark was great, until we were taking time from him making other sales. He sent us back to finance before we even had any numbers to agree to. We were assured everything was in working order. They fill it up before we leave and are told the gas gage doesn't work as they hand us the key, but assured they would take care of it. Were told by multiple people they would come and pick it up to do the repair from my home. Made arrangements weeks out so they had time to get the part and fit us in. They were supposed to be here at 1:00pm today, after several calls and texts no one knows what's going on and I can't even get a return call. Clearly my time is not valued here. More

It's not often that I feel compelled to write a review, but the misleading behavior of the finance person I dealt with has pushed me to share my story so that others might not fall victim to the same situation. When I entered the dealership, I was optimistic and excited about the prospect of trading my car in for a new one. Little did I know that I would leave feeling deceived and taken advantage of by the finance person, Mark. From the very beginning, Mark seemed eager to get the deal done as quickly as possible, glossing over critical details and presenting me with confusing information. Mark assured me that the interest rate he was offering was competitive, and while I did have some reservations, I decided to trust him. I later discovered that this interest rate was not only higher than other lenders, but also higher than what was advertised by the dealership itself. This alone cost me thousands of dollars more than necessary over the course of my loan. Moreover, Mark pushed me to purchase additional products like an extended warranty and paint protection, claiming they were "absolutely essential" for my new car. I later found out that these products were overpriced, and in some cases, completely unnecessary. Had Mark been transparent about the real value of these products, I would have made a more informed decision. The worst part of the experience came when I received the final loan documents. To my shock, the terms were different than what Mark and I had initially agreed upon. In summary, my experience financing a car at this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare. The finance person, Mark, was misleading and deceitful, causing me to lose trust in the dealership as a whole. If you're considering financing a car, I implore you to do your research and avoid financing at this dealership at all costs.
