I love the vehicle I purchased and the buying experience met expectation, however my post purchase customer service experience has not been unsatisfactory. It’s been over two months since purchasing my je met expectation, however my post purchase customer service experience has not been unsatisfactory. It’s been over two months since purchasing my jeep. I’ve received two temporary 30-Day tags that have expired and after multiple emails and phone calls I have not received my permanent license plate. I have yet to also receive the second car key. I’ve spent too much time calling and emailed several staff members to no avail. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the service! I would not refer or purchase another vehicle from Lake Norman CDJR! More

Came in for my smart advantage oil change. Also needed a rear wiper. Advisor stated rear brakes were close and some 60 mile service was due. I asked how much, and was told 547.00 I passed on the brakes and had the other service done. When finished, I was given a bill for 547.25 I did not receive my smart advantage service. as I was told we don't sell that any more, and how did you have that. He deducted 75.46 from the bill. I don't believe that was correct, but paid it. I came in thinking I would pay for a wiper at 27.50 and got a bill for 547.25. Not good at all. We have never had a bad thing happen at this dealership until now. When our smart advantage contract is up, we will shop elsewhere. More
