When I picked the truck up after service the service advisor had written up the order as if I had ordered all these fluids (t-case, brake fluid, front and rear differential, wheel alignment...) to be changed, even those that aren't recommended until 120k (Paper work stated "Customer Requests....." all this work, which I didn't.) Paper work never mentioned my request for a "60k maintenance/service". I'm not even sure if they checked basic brake pads, cabin, engine filters, etc... Left having to pay $1100+. More
