When I begin a relationship with a dealership, I expect people to be as honest as I am. I am always disappointed when I meet people like the sales manager who can’t appreciate honesty nor can he respect m people to be as honest as I am. I am always disappointed when I meet people like the sales manager who can’t appreciate honesty nor can he respect my requests. Honesty? He forgot to charge me for the extras I ordered. But I spoke up because I’m honest. That being said, I also didn’t want it financed in the deal and to pay separate. But was my request honored? No. I had to go through paperwork yet again. As a business owner, listening to my customers is extremely important if I plan to keep them. Maybe in the car business it doesn’t matter. I don’t own a car dealership so I don’t know. But I am disappointed in my experience here. Especially when I drive from 2 states away. Heard enough? I think not. I have problems with the car before I leave the state but when I call, Whitney tells me to take it to the dealership in Georgia when I haven’t even passed your dealership. I understand now. You want me to purchase and that’s where the service ends here? I see clearly and will pass that along. More

They took the car in no questions asked, and worked on it 3 separate times until they got it right. They were super sleuths to figure out the ultimate issue, they hooked me up with 2 different rental cars, and got me rolling in a new to me car that I love and have regrets about buying. It was simple, upfront, and straight forward experience. Great work, excellent customer service. Grateful to Sal and his crew, and will recommend them every time. More
