Usually have had a great experience but the recent experience was not up to that level. Purchased four new tires and made an appointment to have them installed, alignment performed, and oil change et experience was not up to that level. Purchased four new tires and made an appointment to have them installed, alignment performed, and oil change etc. I specifically stated that my windshield wiper fluid was out and was told that it would be refilled with the oil change and inspection etc. After 4.5 hours wait (twice as long as it should have taken) I was told that my service was complete but on checkout the advisor Dane had missed the oil change. So he had to take the truck back in to get it done. In the rush to get it completed quickly since it had been missed they didn't refill the wiper fluid (found this out later that day when I tried to use it) and most likely didn't perform the normal checks of components etc. Everyone has an off day and this will not keep me from returning in the future as normally the service is outstanding. More
