My Jeep wouldn’t start one random morning but the screen and lights came on. I took it to get it looked at and they said it was the battery. Between the mechanic fees and the actual batter I paid $500. A and lights came on. I took it to get it looked at and they said it was the battery. Between the mechanic fees and the actual batter I paid $500. A little insane I thought, but hopefully it’s fixed as I’m pregnant and don’t want to be stranded somewhere. Fast forward to today, the “check engine” light came on. I called and told them if this is not something the mechanic should’ve caught since they “checked everything” a week prior. The lady that answered my call told me with an attitude this usually just means I need an oil change. Weird I thought, never had that come on for an oil change. She had an attitude and told me she would transfer me to the service guy that handled my car when I took it in. This guy told me that the light was not on last week so they wouldn’t haven been able to catch it a week prior. But again, they “checked everything”. He was also short and dismissive. Needless to say, I’ll never buy a car from here again, or service anything through them. Awful customer service, and made me feel like I was crazy for calling in about this, a week later. Disappointment is an understatement. More
