Had my Jeep Gladiator serviced here just a day ago. My son dropped it off with a dealership coupon for $19.95. I picked it up the next day with. $75 oil change bill. Surprised I said I suppose he chose a higher level change. Their response was I needed the full synthetic and that's what they did. Since when does a dealer make a unilateral decision with my money. The mid level oil change was $49.95. That's what was stapled to the RO. However, the bill was $75. I regret not calling my son then and there. A real disappointment. How does a $19.95 oil change become a $75 bill that I'm dumb enough to pay? Oh and a $4.50 "Document Storage" charge? What? More
