From my first call to Monte to closing the deal, the Lake Norman team was hands on. My experience was unique because I had never purchased a car that was not under the Dealers Brand. I bought a 740i, and my Salesperson did some homework on the features of the car before I got there. When I arrived the car was freshly washed and ready for a walk around and drive. I was met and greeted also by Sr. Sales Advisor Wille Brown. I never felt pushed, and the questions I had were either answered or written down to get back to me (impressive). I had 2 concerns and before I took possession they were addressed. The Finance manager, along with the team at the front desk all worked to make my experience great! They are very particular about the cars they resale, and are committed to making you comfortable so you can purchase. After buying the car, my follow up call from Whitney was so pleasant, and even other's team member reached to make sure my experience was Best in Class! Maggie was amazing! I first met her 6 months before I actually purchased my vehicle. My partner and I were browsing the new Wagoneers on a very cold night and she was so I first met her 6 months before I actually purchased my vehicle. When we left that I night I let her know that we were not ready to buy then, but maybe in a few months. Fast forward to a few days ago...
