I’ve had my share of buying vehicles from dealerships and working with Pat at Lake Norman was beyond belief. He was courteous and personable. It felt like I was buying a car from an old friend. If I was give working with Pat at Lake Norman was beyond belief. He was courteous and personable. It felt like I was buying a car from an old friend. If I was given only one person to buy a car from it’d be Pat. We had the pleasure of working with Lauren as well. Pat was training her and they make a great team. There are some great people over there and would recommend anyone looking for vehicle to go there. More

Called & Gave them the vin number - went to get - 10 minutes before someone came to desk- parts employee acted like a crime to have to go get the part - very unfriendly- then gave me part to me. I walk minutes before someone came to desk- parts employee acted like a crime to have to go get the part - very unfriendly- then gave me part to me. I walk out start looking at the part and realized it was for a diesel Jeep - wrong part- walk back in wait 8 more minutes for employees- then another 5 minutes to tell me on back order. I asked what happened? I called and gave vin before driving 45 minutes to pick it up? “Parts person said I don’t know. l didn’t write it up” turned around and walk back to the back. No apology- No sorry - Just attitude. I even asked why would a person put a diesel only fuel on a Jeep that uses gas? I didn’t write it up. This is 2nd time with this type experience with this parts department. More
