I wasn't in the market to purchase a vehicle, but I was trying to sell my RAM 1500 that only had a few thousand miles on it. I tried Carmax and Carvana. Carmax took an hour inspecting my vehicle and Carvana needed three days to get back to me because my vehicle required a manual appraisal. So, I called Lake Norman CDJR late on a Tuesday. Tom Robinson was helpful and professional in answering my questions and scheduling a meeting with Nate York the next day. Once I arrived at the dealership, I had a written quote in about 10 minutes and that quote was better than what I was offered from Carmax and Carvana. It was a no-brainer to sell them my RAM 1500. It's great (and often rare) to get that level of quick, professional, and friendly service. They will be my first call the next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
