Called & Gave them the vin number - went to get - 10 minutes before someone came to desk- parts employee acted like a crime to have to go get the part - very unfriendly- then gave me part to me. I walk minutes before someone came to desk- parts employee acted like a crime to have to go get the part - very unfriendly- then gave me part to me. I walk out start looking at the part and realized it was for a diesel Jeep - wrong part- walk back in wait 8 more minutes for employees- then another 5 minutes to tell me on back order. I asked what happened? I called and gave vin before driving 45 minutes to pick it up? “Parts person said I don’t know. l didn’t write it up” turned around and walk back to the back. No apology- No sorry - Just attitude. I even asked why would a person put a diesel only fuel on a Jeep that uses gas? I didn’t write it up. This is 2nd time with this type experience with this parts department. More

Dropped car off at 8 for 60,000 mile service. Said a few hours. Basically never called, I called 3 times. Said they would call back in 5 min. No one called and its now almost 7pm. They Said a few hours. Basically never called, I called 3 times. Said they would call back in 5 min. No one called and its now almost 7pm. They close at 8. Just wanted my car and to know what was going on. So after no call back i went there. Very shady. Said they are rushing my car now. No one want their car rushed through. 662 was what i thought i would spend and the end result was 1198! 8.00 lug nuts …on top of all the other stuff.. i will no longer use them. Very dissatisfied. Very nervous my car was NOT accurately done. More
