Horrible place I recently bought a Jeep from here and had the worst experience I have ever had. Classic bait and switch.. The offer that Ken and Tony gave me "mysteriously" disappeared when I went in to talk to Tim. They tried to tell me a different price for the trade in, and when I called them out on it, they "couldn't find the original" paper with the first offer. Then they finally fixed the trade in value, but went up on the cost of the vehicle??? Really??? Then I was told that add ons would only increase my monthly payment by $21, but wanted me to sign a paper saying it was $55. I tried to call and talk to the general manager Craig, left messages and never received a call back. One employee said he wasn't in the office, then another a few minutes later, said he was! What a joke. I will NEVER buy from Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership again. STAY AWAY!!!! More

Sunday morning, we walked into Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge car dealer in Cornelius with the intention of browsing the different vehicles offered f Sunday morning, we walked into Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge car dealer in Cornelius with the intention of browsing the different vehicles offered for my parents. Well, after two hours later, we walked out knowing we purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee with all the bells and whistles including motorized seats for driver and passenger. Finally, my parents can enjoy the comforts of life including heated seats, and steering wheel. Since they will share the vehicle, they can now push a button that defaults to their seat adjustment preference. The vehicle also includes all the safety features one can imagine even the task of parallel parking for you. All of this was possible due to Russell! He possesses a positive non pressuring attitude with an overwhelming amount of knowledge and patience determining what is best for the customer. He listens to the needs and wants from the customer and finds the best affordable vehicle. His personal experience and knowledge of vehicles adds to the awesome experience! For one who claims to hate car salesman, I would not hesitate to recommend this place or person. Thank you for an awesome experience! More

Came into test drive sat down with finance guy said I was 5k away and was extremely condescending. I then made a deal verbally over the phone a week later with sales guy who told me it’s approved in which I left work early then calls me back when I’m on the way to say they sold the vehicle. Meanwhile the vehicle is still shown on their website. I will never do business with them and warn others not to as well. I could say a lot more but I’ve wasted enough time on this crap. More

Dishonest I was very interested in a few certified preowed Jeep wranglers this dealership had for sale mainly one in particular. I called and spoke with Bill Gi I was very interested in a few certified preowed Jeep wranglers this dealership had for sale mainly one in particular. I called and spoke with Bill Gibson which was helpful and nice with me, even saved the vehicle I was looking to buy because I lived 4 hours away. So once I got approved by my bank for a loan, my bank gave me a check for 26000 with 5.5% interest rate, which was perfect and within my budget, way better than the initial quote I was give 12% interest rate through the dealership. The Jeeps price was $25750 so after tax and fees it should be a little over $27000 but all I got approved for was $26000 so when I called back I was told that we can work out a deal (lies) so I drove 4hours down, test drove the vehicle with Eric peters who was very freindly and helpful and was impressed after the test drive. So we sat down to talk about the price with Nathan York not Bill who we really wanted to talk too but I guess he was busy. So I offered 26000 all I had for the Jeep and I told them my situation and basically got told xxxx “NO” that the dealership is losing “THOUSANDS”of dollars with that deal and its impossible,”REALLY!” In a real dealership who’s willing to help a customer who drove 4hours to get there with money in hand only 1 thousand off not “THOUSANDS,”Thats not a bad deal but when you got hungry commission sales man like Nathan who doesn’t care about the customers only himself you’re wasting your time. So I put my $26000 back in my pocket and walked out, the funny thing was that I told bill I was interested in a few jeep they had for a cheaper price and was ready to take a Jeep home that day but Nathan pushed me out the door and said “they’ll just give you a business card and say bye with that kind of deal.” So I guess my kind and money is not welcomed here, thanks Lake Norman Jeep! For wasting my time. You lost an easy sale. More
