Buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee I initially went in to see a Ram 1500, which I loved. I actually went in twice and worked with Donnie Clamon, a sharp guy. While I loved the Ram, I wa I initially went in to see a Ram 1500, which I loved. I actually went in twice and worked with Donnie Clamon, a sharp guy. While I loved the Ram, I wasn’t comfortable spending that amount yet Donnie was very patient and professional with my decisionmaking. He even sent a nice note after I left the second time. On Saturday, I researched the Jeep Grand Cherokee and sent Donnie 2 used Jeeps to test drive. He texted when he arrived at work, and we test drove both. I was sold! Just as we sat down to handle the paperwork, Donnie had a personal matter come up which required him to head home. Ken Jennings assisted with the paperwork, and Tony Zorn handled the documents. It was a smooth process, but Donnie was really good. He is a bright guy and knew those vehicles like the back of his hand. I wish him well as he continues growing his sales skills.
