After talking with a salesman and a sales manager I received an email from Jack Salzman the owner asking what they needed to do to make a deal. Jack showed a real concern and had the salesman call me back the next day. After telling the salesman what I wanted he called me back and offered a totally different Jeep. He then said he would locate the vehicle and get back to me. The Jeep I wanted was on their lot and is still there 4 weeks later. Salesman never called me back so I bought the same Jeep from another dealer without $1100 in dealer fees. Mr Salzman, you need to keep better track of your sales people. I bought my first Jeep here two years ago and it will be the last one from LNCJDR. FYI, I trade in every two years. You won't see me here again. More

I got such a good offer on a CPO Jeep and my trade-in I completed the purchase.A couple months later I I went to this dealership just to shop prices. I traveled from out of state to purchase a vehicle. I sat staring at a wall for 2.5 hours and ultimately ended up having to walk out before I could ever get a finance offer in my hand. I then spent some time debating with someone in sales (not Maggie) about the difference between the administrative fee and the title and document handling fee. This person was willing to let me walk away but not competent enough to provide an explanation other than "they're different." I ultimately decided to pay the fee since I was in desperate need of a new car and ready to leave. I was able to settle on a finance offer but not without some deliberation. My biggest upset is that after paying an absorbent amount of doc fees that I didn't agree with, I was sent home with zero instruction expecting to receive a new tag in the mail. My tag is now expired and after reaching out to the dealership I am now learning I must pay property taxes in my home state and submit the receipt to the dealer before the DMV can issue me a new tag. I would have done this the day after purchasing had I known. Certainly, after collecting $1,150 in fees, someone, somewhere could have put forth a little more effort (or any at all) to ensure I received a replacement tag in a more timely manner. After calling the dealership out on this, I was given the response "it's not the responsibility of the dealership to handle your property taxes." No, it's not. It is, however, the responsibility of the dealership to inform me of what actions I need to take to help fulfill your obligation to ensure I receive a replacement tag -- a service that I paid for. More
