Mark was thorough in his explanation and followed through from my first contact to the drive away. The only issue I had with the dealership is the time it took for the financing paperwork. I understand the dealership sold several cars in a short time span but waiting around for over an hour to sign paperwork, knowing I had a about a two hour drive home, could, and should, have been avoided. I would definitely reach out to Mark again when in the market for a new vehicle. More
