The reason we came back to Lake Norma. Jeep was because of the excellent customer service of Maggie. She has always made us feel like we were her most important customers. She has an outstanding go get her of the excellent customer service of Maggie. She has always made us feel like we were her most important customers. She has an outstanding go get her attitude and was willing to let us look at all the different Jeep types until we found the one that suited us the best. She is a busy lady but you can tell she handles every customer of hers the same. We wish she would receive a pat on the back for her many years of service there. Because of Maggie I foresee us coming back to Lake Norma. All the way from Wilkesboro. My husbands truck we got of the showroom floor and my Jeep Recon Rebicon we were able to write a check for. I hope in the future you let her guide some of the other young sales guys , now on a flip note I had a few txt messages with Jay the Sales Manager. Never a call and was not pleased with him at all. If fact we had considered going to Hendrix Jeep to buy because our experience with him was not great. He didn’t seem to care if we bought the Jeep or not. And to spend that much money you think that would warrant a phone call and not a txt message. But in the end we received a call from Maggie that made our ultimate decision about where to buy from. Not trying to get Jay in trouble but he could use some customer service classes. Thank you again Lake Norman Jeep and Maggie for our Ram Limited Trick and now our Jeep Rubicon.
