Excellent transaction I bought a 2020 Jeep GC Altitude from Mark Mosayebi last week. I have been trying to make a deal with several of my local dealerships for a month and I bought a 2020 Jeep GC Altitude from Mark Mosayebi last week. I have been trying to make a deal with several of my local dealerships for a month and just couldn't get a deal that made us both happy. I saw a Jeep GC i liked at Lake Norman so I emailed them. Mark got back to me very fast and had a deal I was happy with within hours. I actually was able to get into a Jeep GC with more features and the color that I really wanted but didn't know if it was in the budget. I drove over 3 hours each way to make this deal and once I arrived my GC was ready to go and within 30 minutes i was driving back home. During COVID-19 I appreciate that they made this transaction as contact less as possible and had me in and out of the dealership within minutes not the traditional hours. Tim the finance guy was awesome as well i was able to sign paper work in under 10 minutes ad was out the door. Awesome experience and hope to be part of the Lake Norman Jeep family for years to come. More

unkept promises but they addressed them and made it right Well I still have never received a return phone call, but I have to report that I received a check from Lake Norman Jeep addressing the trade discrepa Well I still have never received a return phone call, but I have to report that I received a check from Lake Norman Jeep addressing the trade discrepancy difference. It was unexpected but they did make that part right, and I'm here to give them credit for that. Thanks to them for doing that. They also sent corrected paperwork so that could get straightened out. Overall, not the experience I wanted to have, but in the end I will give them credit for fixing their mistakes. Original review: After ordering a jeep, they ordered the wrong options, completed the paperwork so incorrectly that the state treasurer couldn't use it, changed the dollars in the deal and when confronted said they would change the dollars back to what was agreed upon, then didn't. I left messages numerous times. Spoke to Ken twice, who said he'd fix it and call back. He never did. Received an email saying to call Craig if I wasn't satisfied, left messages for him, never heard back. Left numerous messages for Stephanie on trying to get the correct paperwork, she never returned my calls. This is the kind of shady, sloppy car dealership practice that you thought went away years ago, but it hasn't at Lake Norman Jeep. I would never let my daughter or any friends or family buy or do business here. More
